At Montauk we recognize the vital need for brokers to continually develop their knowledge, and provides a broad variety of programs for that purpose.

Fall Forum
Our registered reps and administrative personnel meet every Fall at our annual conference...product presentations, workshops, motivational speakers, and social events. Our most recent meeting was held at Turnberry Isle, Florida.

The annual event is an excellent opportunity to network with other affiliated financial professionals and industry experts. The program includes exceptional guest speakers ranging from motivational workshops to industry gurus. A variety of workshops on topics ranging from advertising to the latest tax strategies are also available to those who would like to expand their knowledge.

Presentations from mutual fund companies, insurance, asset management firms, and individual equity situations take place throughout the day.

For your leisure activities you may choose to play golf, tennis or swim. The evenings are filled with social activities and a gala event on Saturday which this year included a boat cruise.

Conference Calls
Each week there are conference calls on a variety of subjects including the equities markets, asset management, financial planning, and general strategies for building your business. Whenever there is a need to get information to the field quickly, management will initiate a conference call.
